I change the hour or day of my Park reservations?
You may change your Park tour day
or time by email us to info@xcaret-tickets.com or
calling one day before your scheduled reservation.

Will
I get a coupon or voucher when I reserve online?
Yes, once you have completed your
online reservation a confirmation voucher will be
sent to the e-mail address you provided. You have
to print this voucher and bring it with you along
with an official ID.
How
do I know if my reservations are guaranteed?
We have signed a contract with Xcaret
and Via Delphi. These contracts include an allotment
of dolphin programs which guarantees availability
for all of our customers?
What
credit card may I use for payment?
We use PayPal to process payments, Most credit cards
are accepted as well as bank transfers, debit cards,
and more.
Are my credit
card purchases secure?
.PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential
information in transit from your computer to theirs
using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with
an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest
level commercially available).
Once your information reaches PayPal, it resides
on a server that is heavily guarded both physically
and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an
electronic firewall and are not directly connected
to the internet, so your private information is
available only to authorized computers.
