Xcaret Spectacular Nights
Enjoy a journey through Mayan traditions staring with the important ceremony of the ball game in a vivid representation and performance after this show we will make a guided tour through the underground caves lighted by candles and in here we will enjoy the howl ritual and the sound of drums and pre-Hispanic flutes will make you feel the ancient sensations of that time. After the caves you will visit the Mayan village and you will admire the dances to the fire god, passing by also the Mayan pyramids lighted bay candles and pre Hispanic songs with an atmosphere of and finally the show of dances from all over Mexico.

In this show you will enjoy a multicolored and inviting display of folklore at the open air theatre. A professional performance form different states of Mexico such as Veracruz state, Merida, Sonora, and so many other unforgettable dance performance. And of course mariachi and all the Mexican traditional music can not be missing.

Xcaret at night is without a doubt the best folklore show in Mexico and the best known world wide When the sun sets, the call of the mystical pre-Hispanic drums and the melancholic sound of the sea shells will invite you to enjoy this performance. It is a splendid feast of color, sound and traditions.

The great performance will take you through several episodes of Mexican history: The conquest by the Spaniards, the evangelization, the merger of two races and the golden age of the 30`s and 40`s followed by a fabulous presentation of regional dances and songs from every corner of Mexico.
