Tips for visitors

Before your visit, is a good idea to plan your day.

- Some activities have scheduled times, Xcaret is a big park, walking from one point to another may take some time.

- MasterCard, VISA and American Express credit cards are accepted in the park. ATM machines are available for your convenience.

- Make sure to get a map. There are signs everywhere but it's easier to help yourself with a park map

- Do not use suntan lotion before coming to Xcaret as you are not allowed to swim with it on, it's toxic to the coral reef. Biodegradable suntan lotions are available in the shop of the park.

- At enttrance you will receive a bracelet wich must be worn the whole time and will allow you to leave and re-enter the Park if you need to.

- We recommend you to agree with your party on a place to meet in case you split. If this happens, you can go to our information booths to leave a message for your group or relatives.

- You will need comfortable shoes, a bathing suit, a change of clothes, a towel and a camera when you visit the Park.
